Twin tube packers
The twin tubes single packers are used for injection of two components products (resins...). Two similar tubes with same OD run through the packer to inject the two components with a ratio of 1 to1.
The design of these packers makes possible the mixing of the two components below
the packer to avoid mixing and hardening of the resin inside the packer and make it re-usable.
The rubber length depends on the application.
A longer length (usually 1000 mm) will be used when the packer is located in an open hole to reduce the risk of by-pass of the packer by the resin. A shorter length (usually 500 m) will be used when the packer is in a casing or in a tube.
These twin tube packers are available for our 42 mm up to 102 mm packers. Other diameters can be made upon request.
A thread in the lower part of the packer (MT) allows the mounting of a static mixer (Optional)
